Clássico vinho de blend do Dão, Abanico Reserva originates from different vineyards of Casa da Passarella. Made from Touriga Nacional, Alfrocheiro, and Jaen grapes, handpicked into 12kg boxes. Fermented in traditional cement vats with pre and post-fermentation maceration, partially aged in new French oak barrels for one year. Natural stabilization without filtration.
