Deep red Gigondas overflowing with black cherries and currants refreshed by liquorice. Hand-picked grapes from stony terraced vineyards, fermented with wild yeasts (15-day process), aged 60% in vats and 40% 2–4 year-old demi-maids. Represents traditional winemaking combined with modern techniques since 1947.
