This Grüner Veltliner from Lower Austria unites lovely notes of crunchy apple, citrus and fine spice in its bouquet. On the palate, it is fruity and wonderfully harmonious with hints of herbs and pepper. The pure varietal Pfaffl Vom Haus Grüner Veltliner matured for three months in stainless steel tanks before being bottled in Burgundy bottles.
Enjoy it with light, fresh salads and Viennese or Asian dishes.
