Our award-winning gin brand, Whitley Neill, has expanded into the low and no category with the launch of two new 0.0 variants – Raspberry and Rhubarb & Ginger. Both variants have been made using the only spinning cone vacuum column still in the UK. This process, which is commonly used in the wine industry for alcohol reduction, boils liquid at a much lower temperature. This helps to retain the distinctive flavours and characteristic top notes of the liquid, while delicately removing the alcohol. Maximum Taste. Zero Compromise.
